崗位職責(zé)：

賬務(wù)處理與核對(duì)： 嚴(yán)格依據(jù)會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則完成應(yīng)收賬款、應(yīng)付賬款及銀行賬戶的日常記賬與核對(duì)工作，確保往來(lái)賬目清晰、數(shù)據(jù)精準(zhǔn)，為財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表編制提供可靠數(shù)據(jù)支持。

賬款回收管理： 主動(dòng)與客戶對(duì)接，實(shí)時(shí)跟蹤賬款回收進(jìn)度；針對(duì)逾期款項(xiàng)、金額爭(zhēng)議等異常情況，迅速響應(yīng)并推動(dòng)解決方案的制定與執(zhí)行，協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外部資源處理，有效降低資金風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，保障回款效率。

財(cái)務(wù)協(xié)同支持： 積極配合財(cái)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成月、季、年度結(jié)賬工作；高效執(zhí)行上級(jí)交辦的其他財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)任務(wù)，主動(dòng)協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)提升工作效率，確保部門(mén)整體工作有序推進(jìn)。

崗位要求：

學(xué)歷與專業(yè)： 全日制大學(xué)以上學(xué)歷，財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)、財(cái)務(wù)管理、會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)背景。

職業(yè)素養(yǎng)： 具備扎實(shí)的財(cái)務(wù)合規(guī)意識(shí)與良好職業(yè)操守，能?chē)?yán)格遵守財(cái)務(wù)保密制度；對(duì)數(shù)字敏感，工作細(xì)致嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，能適應(yīng)全英文軟件環(huán)境下的工作節(jié)奏。

語(yǔ)言能力： 具備良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力，能夠熟練運(yùn)用英文處理財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)、進(jìn)行郵件溝通及商務(wù)交流。具備荷蘭語(yǔ)溝通能力者優(yōu)先考慮。

工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)： 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)不限，擁有全英文軟件環(huán)境下財(cái)務(wù)工作經(jīng)歷，或曾就職于外貿(mào)、跨國(guó)企業(yè)的候選人將被優(yōu)先考慮。

Job Responsibilities:

Accounting Processing & Reconciliation: Strictly adhere to accounting standards to perform daily bookkeeping and reconciliation for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank accounts. Ensure clear and accurate records, providing reliable data support for financial reporting.

Collection Management: Proactively liaise with customers to monitor collection progress. Respond promptly to issues like overdue payments and amount discrepancies, developing and implementing solutions. Coordinate resources to resolve problems, minimizing financial risk and ensuring efficient fund recovery.

Financial Team Support: Actively assist the finance team in completing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities. Efficiently execute other finance-related tasks assigned by supervisors. Proactively support the team in enhancing overall work efficiency and ensuring the smooth operation of departmental functions.

Job Requirements:

Education & Major: Full-time college diploma or above in Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields.

Professional Qualities: Solid understanding of financial compliance and strong professional ethics, with strict adherence to financial confidentiality policies. High sensitivity to numbers, meticulous attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a fully English-language software environment.

Language Skills: Strong written and spoken English skills. Must be proficient in handling financial data, conducting email correspondence, and engaging in business communication within an English software interface. Proficiency in Dutch (for daily or business communication) is a significant advantage.

Experience: Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with relevant finance experience. Prior experience working in a fully English-language financial software environment, or within international trade or multinational corporations, is highly preferred.
